(April - June 2026) Terms & Conditions

I (“Participant”) hereby confirmed that I have read, acknowledged my understanding, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Mead Johnson Nutrition (M) Sdn Bhd (“MJN”) is the organiser of the Enfagrow A+ MindPro Spend & Win Campaign (“Campaign’’). This Campaign starts on 1st Apr 2026, 00:00hr and ends on 30 June 2026, 23:59hr (“Campaign Period”).
  2. This Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above, except the directors, employees, and immediate family members of MJN, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising, and promotion agencies (each referred to herein as a participant). Immediate family members refer to spouse, children, parents, parents-in-law, and siblings.
  3. Campaign Period: 1 Apr – 30 June 2026

Participation Method

To participate in this Campaign, an eligible Participant shall, during the Campaign Period, do the following:

  1. Buy 1 unit of Enfagrow A+ MindPro A+ Gentlease 1.65KG/ Enfagrow A+ MindPro C-Biome 1.425KG products at any Alpro, Big & Caring pharmacy outlets
  2. Scan QR code or direct to WhatsApp (011-28640256) for submission of particulars and proof of purchase.
  3. Answer one (1) question to earn one (1) entry, with a maximum of five (5) entries per participant.
    Question: Enfagrow A+ Mindpro Gentlease contains easy to digest proteins. (True / False)
  4. Upon completion of the above, each eligible Contestant will receive one (1) RM20 Touch ’n Go reload PIN per valid receipt.
  5. Each phone number is entitled to a maximum of five (5) Touch ’n Go redemptions.

Miscellaneous

  1. MJN reserves the right to vary the announcement date due to, including but not limited to, unforeseen circumstances if favourable response, etc. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a participant and/or any other prize recipients, MJN reserves the right to decide on such issue(s), and its decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding on the relevant participant.
  2. MJN’s determination of the participants shall be final, conclusive, and binding. If the winner (or any alternate winner) cannot be contacted, the winner shall be deemed not to win this prize. If MJN has attempted to contact the winner and alternate winners and are unable to provide prizes to the winners, then MJN shall consider this prize as an unclaimed prize and shall thereafter deal with the prize in any manner that it deems fit. No correspondences shall be entertained.
  3. By participating in this Campaign, participants will be deemed to (i) have consented to MJN and/or its sponsor (if any) to use any participant information which includes but it is not limited to their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Campaign (including any outcome), or future advertising and publicity purposes, unless otherwise notified in writing to MJN; and (ii) have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
  4. MJN reserves the right to make additions, amendments, modifications to this Campaign and its related promotional materials, and/or cancel or suspend this Campaign from time to time without prior notice.
  5. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, MJN (including its respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the MJN’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the MJN) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the MJN; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the Campaign is cancelled or delayed for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the MJN; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Entrant; or (g) use of the prize.
  6. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner be required to sign and return to MJN any legal documentation in the form required by the MJN and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
  7. MJN collects personal information in order to conduct this Campaign and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties (located within and beyond Malaysia), including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Malaysian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. MJN may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant. Participants should direct any request to opt out, access, update, or correct information to MJN. All submissions become the property of MJN.
  8. MJN makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prizes or other items furnished by third parties in connection with this Campaign. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH ITEMS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND MJN HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY PARTY’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
  9. MJN is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, of any means communication, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, any website or application, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of email or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services, used in connection with this Campaign.
